Moscow:-<\/strong> As many as 650,000 people in Sudan<\/strong> have been affected by flash floods<\/strong> caused by heavy rains<\/strong> that hit the country in mid-July<\/strong>, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said, citing Sudan’s Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC).<\/p>\n “HAC reported that 650,000 people had been affected by floods in 17 out of Sudan\u2019s 18 states. More than 111,000 houses were either destroyed or damaged.
