The Anchor Investor Bidding Date is scheduled for <strong>Tuesday, June 24, 2025<\/strong>, and the Bid\/Offer will close on <strong>Friday, June 27, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:333\">The <strong>price band for the IPO has been fixed at \u20b9700 to \u20b9740 per Equity Share<\/strong> of face value of \u20b910 each. The Floor Price is 70 times the face value of Equity Shares, and the Cap Price is 74 times the face value of the Equity Shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 20 Equity Shares and in multiples of 20 Equity Shares thereafter.<\/p>\n<hr data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:3\" \/>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:17\">Offer Details<\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:91\">The total offer size aggregates up to <strong>\u20b9125,000 million (\u20b912,500 crore)<\/strong>. This comprises:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"19:1-21:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:86\"><strong>Fresh Issue:<\/strong> Equity shares aggregating up to <strong>\u20b925,000 million (\u20b92,500 crore)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"20:1-21:0\"><strong>Offer for Sale (OFS):<\/strong> Equity shares aggregating up to <strong>\u20b9100,000 million (\u20b910,000 crore)<\/strong> by HDFC Bank Limited (&#8220;Promoter Selling Shareholder&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-sourcepos=\"22:1-22:3\" \/>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"24:1-24:24\">Objects of the Offer<\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"26:1-26:404\">HDB Financial Services Limited proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards augmenting the Company\u2019s Tier-I Capital base. This capital will support the Company\u2019s future requirements, including onward lending under its business verticals: Enterprise Lending, Asset Finance, and Consumer Finance. A portion of the proceeds from the Fresh Issue will also be used to meet Offer Expenses.<\/p>\n<hr data-sourcepos=\"28:1-28:3\" \/>\n<h3 data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:31\">Listing and Offer Structure<\/h3>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"32:1-32:193\">The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on <strong>BSE Limited (&#8220;BSE&#8221;) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (&#8220;NSE&#8221;)<\/strong>. For the purposes of the Offer, NSE is the Designated Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"34:1-34:147\">The Offer is being made through the Book Building Process in accordance with Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations. Key allocations include:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"36:1-40:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"36:1-36:223\"><strong>Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs):<\/strong> Not more than 50% of the Net Offer. Up to 60% of the QIB Portion may be allocated to Anchor Investors on a discretionary basis, with one-third reserved for domestic Mutual Funds.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"37:1-37:127\"><strong>Non-Institutional Bidders:<\/strong> Not less than 15% of the Net Offer, with specific allocations for different application sizes.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"38:1-38:68\"><strong>Retail Individual Bidders:<\/strong> Not less than 35% of the Net Offer.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"39:1-40:0\"><strong>Eligible Employees and Eligible HDFC Bank Shareholders<\/strong> will also have reservation portions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"41:1-41:227\">All potential Bidders (except Anchor Investors) must participate in this Offer only through the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) process.
