How Indian cricketers are paid ?
Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) gives contracts to Indian cricketers on an annual basis. Every year they make a list of contracted players depending upon some basic criteria.
There are a total of four categories : A+, A, B & C Grades.
In the ‘A+’ category, the player is paid Rs 7 crore for the year.
In the ‘A’ category, the player is paid Rs 5 crore for the year.
In the ‘B’ category, the player is paid Rs 3 crore for the year.
