Due to the increasing number of COVID-19 positive cases among the players of different Indian Premier League (IPL) teams, the ongoing edition of IPL has been suspended for now, BCCI Vice-President Rajiv Shukla confirmed.
UPDATE: The Indian Premier League Governing Council (IPL GC) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in an emergency meeting has unanimously decided to postpone IPL 2021 season with immediate effect.
